Initiation Fee & Dues

  • 200 memberships are available to this private facility.

  • Members can be individuals or household families (couples and children under age 25).

  • Initiation fee: $1,250. Includes first year dues. Members of Dune Bird’s Flight Club receive a 5% discount on the initiation fee. See details below.

  • Annual dues: $200-$250 estimated.

  • Donations in excess of the initiation fee will be gladly accepted. Significant donations of $5,000 and above will receive special membership benefits, up to lifetime free dues.

Wine Club Discount

All members of the Paddle Courts of Leelanau are offered a free membership into Dune Bird's exclusive Flight Club.
